All Butter shortbread has to be one of our favourite bakes and must be yours too as i bake tonnes every week! Buttery, soft, crispy edge, with a melt in the mouth texture. Pratically Perfect in everyway. Lovely with a cup of tea or with custard as a dessert. The best shortbread we have ever tasted!
